LEVEL 1 FOR MEN & WOMAN

Taster session Thurs 6th March 2025 3pm – 5pm

Classes Thurs 13th, 20th & 27th March 2pm – 6pm

LEVEL 2 FOR WOMAN

Taster session Tues 4th March 2025 3pm – 5pm

Classes Tues 11th, 18th & 25th March 2pm – 6pm
